Password Reset Request

If you are an Agent, Producer, or CSR and you have forgotten your password, or would like to change it, then:

  • Please enter the following information to start the password reset process.
  • All fields are required and must be entered exactly as how we have it in our system.
  • Once your information is validated you will receive a confirmation email.
  • You will need to confirm this request, before your password is reset.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of your submission, please contact the IT Help Desk at: 888-237-3363, or support@iatinsurance.com
  • Employees of IAT Insurance Group wishing to change their passwords must contact the IT Help Desk to do so.
